Returns & Exchanges

Returns: 14 Days from the day of arrival.

3D printers and accessories vary by model and are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer in addition to this policy. Please inquire regarding the return policy of individual printers.  No returns will be accepted for any 3D Printers, Kits, and Accessories that have been opened. Only new, unopened items may be eligible for returns within 14 days from purchase.

Items that qualify for return must be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased, with all parts and accessories intact. As some printer manufacturers require that printers be sent in their original packaging for repair, we highly encourage customers to keep any and all original packaging for at least for the entirety of their warranty period - fees may be charged for replacement packaging, if necessary.

Any item found to be broken or malfunctioning because of use beyond regular expectations or neglect by the customer will not be accepted for return.

You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) before returning an item by contacting support via e-mail. When returning an item for an exchange, the returned item must be received by 3DPrinternational before a replacement item is shipped out. If you need the item sooner than that, you are welcome to purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately. You will then be reimbursed once we receive the returned item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unauthorized return

Any return made by a Customer without an RMA# from the seller/vendor will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by 3DPrinternational.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of refund approval. If for any reason we are unable to refund the original form of payment, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Orders that are canceled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned to us for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges related to the canceled order. In the case that a package is lost in transit we will assist as much as possible, but the ultimate responsibility for the loss and/or delay lies with the carrier company.

3DPrinternational is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts to other countries. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.

Please Note: All 'Clearance Items' sales are final. 'Clearance Items' are not covered by the 14-day return policy. This excludes Refurbished 3D printers and machines which have at least a 6-month warranty.

"Change of Mind" Refund:

3DPrinternational pays a 4% transaction fee for every purchase customers make on our website to payment processing providers such as Shopify Payment and PayPal. This % is absorbed by 3DPrinternational in the final cost of the product.

In cases where the customer cancels their order based on "Change Of Mind" reasons, prior to or after shipping of the product, 3DPrinternational will not be responsible for any transaction fees accrued as a result of the processed and canceled order. The customer canceling the order understands that a transaction fee may apply to their cancellation request and final refund amount. 

Once your order has been processed and payment was collected, the "Change Of Mind" Refund will have a 4% Transaction fee deducted from the final refund amount, to cover the costs of payment processing fees applied by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Due to past experience with pre-order and final sale items we are no longer able to offer a Change of mind refund for pre-order and final sale items. Shipping times of pre-order items are beyond our ability to control and are not a reason for a "Change of Mind" refund policy. If you changed your mind regarding a pre-order item, you can refuse to accept the item and follow the refind policy from there. 

Shipping Returns / Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@3dprinternational.com, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For returns and exchanges, please contact us at returns@3dprinternational.com  for the exact shipping address pertaining to your purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When you are shipping an item you purchased, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Every manufacturer of each brand of 3D printers that we offer in our store has a dedicated support team for 3D Printernational customers, so you can be sure that trained and certified technicians will support you, so you can always contact us or the manufacturer directly with any questions and we will help you.

By purchasing a Product in our store you get a standard warranty for your Product provided by the Manufacturer. All warranties and warranty services are provided directly by the manufacturer of your Product, our store does not provide any separate or additional warranty, nor does our store provide warranty service.

In addition to the limitations set forth above, no warranty shall apply to any Product that has been: (i) modified, altered or adapted; (ii) maltreated or used in a manner other than in accordance with its intended purpose; (iii) repaired by a third party; (iv) improperly installed by any party other than 3D Printernational (v) relocated, to the extent that the problems with the Product are attributable, in 3D Printernational's professional opinion, to such relocation; (vi) used directly or indirectly in supporting activities prohibited by the United States or Canada; (vii) purchased from any entity other than 3D Printernational; (viii) affected by normal wear and tear; (ix) damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (x) cosmetic damage including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic, as applicable; and/or (xi) damaged as a result of shipping, exposure to tobacco smoke/weather, terrorism, acts of God or failure to follow the Manufacturer's instructions. 3D Printernational shall not be responsible for any warranties other than those provided by the manufacturer or herein.

In no event shall 3D Printernational be liable or responsible for the expense of removal or installation of defective Product, incidental, consequential, or liquidated damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee.

No warranty covers any third-party products or hardware installed into or attached to, the Product after the date of purchase. Furthermore, if an installation fails or is damaged in a manner that causes damage to the Product, no warranty shall cover such damage. Repair and/or replacement of any damaged components in these situations shall be subject to additional repair and/or replacement charges.

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are NOT refundable until the product has been shipped and returned by the customer. Once we confirm your pre-order with the manufacturer, we can NOT cancel or change the order. Pre-orders are treated as Final Sale or Clearance Products.

If you changed your mind about your purchase, you can refuse to accept the item. After the item or items are shipped back, once the product has reached back to our warehouse we would be able to issue a refund.

Refunds will be issued in compliance with the 3DPrinternational Refund and Return Policy. 

Printing Materials and Material Kits

We provide high-quality printing materials and materials kits. Shop with confidence. We have taken the time to test the quality of the materials and materials kits in our store and guarantee that you receive the highest quality materials available on the market. 

Due to Covid shipping regulations, we can no longer accept open returned items in this category. Therefore, all printing materials are final sale and non-refundable. All material kits are final sale and non-refundable. This includes Resin of all types, sizes, and brands, Filament of all types, sizes, and brands. 3D Printernational reserves the right to define a "printing material or material kit" at any point during the return or refund request from the customer. 

We do understand that not every product arrives perfectly as we would want it, this is the reason that printing materials and materials kits can be exchanged or applied as credit for purchases in the store.  3D Printernational reserves the right to the final decision made for exchange or store credit regarding printing materials or materials kits.
